Cancellation Policy for I Drive Yall Ride

Thank you for choosing I Drive Yall Ride for your designated driver wine tour. Please review our updated cancellation policy outlined below:

1. Refund Policy:

1.1. Over 14 Days: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled booking will receive a full refund.

1.2. Between 13-7 Days: Cancellations made between 13 and 7 days before the scheduled booking will be subject to a refund with a deduction of $100.

1.3. 6-3 Days: Cancellations made between 6 and 3 days before the scheduled booking will be subject to a refund with a deduction of $150.

1.4. Within 72 Hours: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booked time will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Cancellation Process:

2.1. Notification: To initiate a cancellation, customers must notify I Drive Yall Ride by contacting our customer support at idriveyallride@gmail.com.

2.2. Refund Processing: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances:

3.1. Inclement Weather: Cancellations due to inclement weather conditions are non-refundable unless deemed unsafe by I Drive Yall Ride.

3.2. Customer No-Show: If customers fail to show up for the scheduled booking without prior notification, no refund will be given.

4. Modification of Bookings:

4.1. Changes to Booking: Customers may request changes to their booking, subject to availability. Any changes must be communicated in advance.

5. Group Bookings:

5.1. Group Cancellations: For group bookings, the cancellation policy applies to the entire group. Individual cancellations within a group are not eligible for separate refunds.

6. Changes to Cancellation Policy:

6.1. Updates: We reserve the right to update this Cancellation Policy. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised policy on our website.
